Urban Self Defence offers a variety of curated fitness workouts including full body cardio sessions and more specific routines targeting individual parts of the body.
The fitness routines have been devised to complement the self-defence course but can be done purely for the incredible functional fitness benefits they bring for everyday life.
They focus on mobility, strength, power, balance and specialised skills for self-defence. These are broken down into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.
