Urban Self Defence has developed a unique defence fitness training programme, devised to complement the popular self-defence course.  The courses have been created by one of the most sought-after self-defence specialists in the country, Marcin Reszka.  Urban Self Defence is a digital self-defence and fitness programme for men and women predominantly based on Krav Maga.

Krav Maga means contact combat and is an Israeli self-defence system.  It is renowned for its focus on real-world situations and its extreme efficiency.

Expert Krav Maga instructor, Marcin Reszka, has created the workouts for the average person.  The exercises provide simple skills in self-defence, alongside strength and conditioning training all whilst keeping fit.

The medium and high-intensity Fitness Programme can also be used as a standalone plan as it offers incredible functional fitness benefits for everyday life. These include mobility, strength, power, balance and specialised skills for self-defence.  Each programme is easy to follow and provides keep fit workouts with drills, jump stretches and bear crawls plus self-defence skills such as strikes and jabs.  These are then linked together for high-intensity combination workouts, all curated by Marcin using his vast experience.

Each of the Urban Self Defence Fitness Training Programmes is broken down into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels.  This means men and women of all ages and experiences can learn and embrace the techniques developed by instructor Marcin Reszka.  The workouts, which last between 5 and 25 minutes, are challenging, educational and fun, concentrating on strength, agility, coordination, balance and power.
